Why

The board gave Roeder the budget. Ok you may think it should be more but it WAS the budget he asked for. It was his decision to get rid of Hucks & go down the loans route.. or do you truly believe Delia told him that was what he had to do? I def think the balance has been too much skued towards loans & I'm convinced there are good players out there unsung unheralded who would do a good job, Clingan being a prime example. I just can't see how letting the manager manage is always the boards fault
