Depends on your definition of success

from where we were at QPR last season I think Roeder has succeeded so far.
And as for succeeding at Norwich, well, Martin O'Neill didn't. And Bruce Rioch (currently of the Champions League) didn't. They both faced the same problems as Roeder - although they both inherited better squads than he did.
