Where did it all go wrong for you lot?

Seriously - not having a pop. It's just that a couple of years ago you were a well-run Club, with the security of owning a bit of land which was ripe for development. So what happened? I know things haven't been great on the pitch, but your support has held up really well - and now you seem to be in the financial poo. Is it a combination of factors (internal/external), or can the blame be levelled in any particular direction?
