There will alwys be critics...

.... when the team is in 21st place. People will scrutinise the manger's policies - and rightly so.

I will always be thankful to Roeder for keeping us in this division and believe is a good coach. He rightly dismantled the disasterous squad built up by his predecessor, but has adopted a transfer policy which effectively means he has to dismantle the next one every year. Right now I feel very worried.
