I think Roeder's managed to attract some decent players - both on loan and permanently - and I like the look of our first-choice XI (including loanees) when everyone is available. I don't think we'd get anyone better in if he left at this point.
Really, I'm with Ben on this one: I appreciate everything that Delia and co have done for the club but I think now is the right time for them to step aside and let Cullum have a go. It would be a great shame if we ended up in League One because they didn't know when to step aside - and it would tarnish the memory of the many good things they've done for the club.
And then we could see what Roeder could do on a competitive budget - I think he earned the right to one last season, much like Worthington did in 2000-2001.
