You say it with such certainty

he's missed a few chances, but hasn't had much of a run this season. You may be right, you may not be. But considering no-one else is scoring he's worth a go. Either that or GR has to settle on a pairing and give them 5 games together.

All this chopping and changing is helping no-one.
