Not going to harp on about loans but..

I think it does cause problems where the captaincy is concerned - certainly when it seems that Glen is obliged to play the loanees. There definitely seems to be a lack of cohesion and understanding and this is only compounded when the players are rotated, through choice or not, by the manager. I don't think it would be such a problem with more permanent members of the squad. I'm afraid I don't have a definitive answer to that problem though!
