no the club f**ked up and did not comply with company law

you have to give 21 days written notice to all share holders and by the time the accounts were mailed out it was less han the 21 days till the proposed date.

School boy error by a poorly run club. Kind of sums up the whole plight of NCFC at the moment. Muppets! And Doncaster is originally a bloddy solicitor by trade as well!
