Joe Kinnear's responsibilities

Among some of the most important must be an expectation from the Club's senior management that he will bring some order to the turmoil; use his experience to steer the ship to calmer waters.

Frankly, his tirade yesterday shows him to be nothing more than brittle, thin skinned and out of touch.

It's one thing to let off steam at journalists - managers do it all the time. But when given the opportunity by both the press officer AND the journalists(!) to keep it off the record, he told them to "print what you f**king like".

He's pissed off and thinking only about himself. The journalists have the last laugh and he looks like a jumpy t**t.
