I'd consider them pro biotics in the morning

actimels are only ?2 for 12. I miss a day on a weekend and say they're 2 weeks worth

I only drank them at first because I'd been on antibiotics. Probably a coincedence, but within a month of not drinking them I was off with flu again for a few days

Not had a cold in a yonks

Might just be something that worked for me though, and works but also has a placebo effect. Either way, it worked
