Yeah - very unsatisfactory but better than nothing.

I tried to do one email interview where I emailed a question, got a reply and then emailed a response to that question, and the interviewees weren't having it - I very quickly got a demand that I just email a list of questions. Ended up getting perhaps the worst interview I've ever done. Oh well.
