It is simple - if we are sh*t then the players should be rewarded accordingly.

We spent ONE WEEK in the top half of the table last season and yet our playing staff earned an average of three grand per week (hugely conservative figures of 6 mill wages / 40 players & coaches)

What on earth would we have had to cough up if we had been challenging for a top 6 place?
