Its mentioned twice in there, whereas usually its a throw away about happy to talk if someone comes forward (but there's no great queue you know).

He's made it just about as clear as he can, while sticking to the 'only annoucing hard news' policy that things are happening in the back ground.

That may or may not come to anything, but its a very very clear shift from this time last year.

Agree the tone's changed too, is certainly more "yes we are a little broke, but we can cope" than "LEEDS LEEDS LOOK AT LEEDS AND GRETNA YOU FOOLS"
