I think in some ways they will care more.
Young players from bigger clubs have the motivation to prove to a Scolari that they are good enough to stay there, and deserve to be considered.

Spending time in the champs should motivate them to make sure they don't end up there if they can help it.

Older players struggling to get a game, if they agree to come, have already shown they are not the "sit back and earn my money type" so will again be working for a recall, or to get a move.

Great motivation there.

With 'owned' players, as we have seen many times before, its easy for them to relax into life in norwich/norfolk.

It is a more laid back place (one reason I love it) and complacency can creep in.
