OK assuming Lita is a "shoe in" to play and Troy Archibald Henville has to be on the subs bench what team do we put out and who gets left out?

With only 5 (english) loans allowed in the squad Bertrand will have to miss out or we do away with no cover in central defence.
Unless Kennedy or Doc are ready to come back?
Also no place for OJ on the bench either.
