Yes we do get a good deal from National Express

We have a deal for ?11.00 return, and collect a ?1 donation to FONCY for each weekend travel ticket in the Caps travel group.

The cheapest advance singles are ?6 each way, but few are available on match days as the 11.00 out, and 17:30/18:00 back from Norwich are normally busy

For example on 25th October when play Doncaster the best deal now is ?12 out and ?6 back, provided the return is on the 18:00.

I?m sure there would be cheap fares on the 11.00am, but as we buy 45/50 tickets, I suspect that National Express withdraw all the ?6.00 fares as they are guaranteed to sell them to the Caps.

Four years ago we used to get 25 on a good trip, but then fare then was ?17 return on a group deal & individual tickets were around ?25 return.

We get the good deal as the Caps pay ?5000 in group travel fares each season. And National Express are aware that on midweek travel, although it?s not on a group deal we buy a decent amount of individual tickets.

I?d say we put around ?10,000 into National Express annually, hence the good deal.
