The way i look at it is

to get near the top of the championship you need goals and clean sheets (obvious i know)

you need a front pair or 3 to get around 40 goals then a midfield to chip in with another 15 plus. you then need defenders to get the odd one to boost the total above 60.

the thing at the moment is i can't see where the goals will come from, sibi will probably get 10 loopy 15 jamie another 10. the midfield especially hoolihan don't look like they are ever going to get in the posisions to get any goals' and we don't look dangerous from freekicks/corners.

the defence looks good enough to keep out the oposition especially if we can get a fit kenedy to stay.

still if we had millions of pounds to spend then i'm sure glenns job would be 10 times easier than trying to work with portsmouths african youth players
