Our main problem is consistency and I believe this problem is caused

by the CONSTANT change in the line ups and the position people are played. One week Patty is left, then right, then centre. Omusuzi is rb then cb then rb. Bertrand is left back then left mid etc

I like Glenn and think he is doing a good job in difficult circumstances, however, his constant change of personnel and positions is baffling.

Our most successfull seasons in recent times (Play off year up to Premier season) were built on a regular side. You would go to the games knowing what the team would be pretty much, it was only changed when it had to be really, and then it was like for like replacements. Its difficult for us to become a team whenn the players that make the team have no clue where they are going to be one week to the next
