I hate them all

You can't speak to anybody in a bank anymore. I lost my umbrella once. Thought I'd left it in the Bank, rang the number, got a call centre in Washington, County Durham. Took about 5 minutes to persuade them to put me through to the bank in Norwich. Brolly wasn't even there. What's your a/c number, what other services would you like, have you got insurance (presumably against lost umbrellas). Fark me what the fark is it all about?
