Repayment of loans

Morning Ladies, I see that the repayment of NCFC loans has reared its head again.

It ain't rocket-science nor it is unusual; many contracts feature a 'termination upon change of ownership' clause, and there is even a footballing precedent in the public domain: (Freddy Shepherd said) ?The only reason he had to pay a large portion of the debt was the cost of the stadium... What he didn't realise was that he had to pay off the mortgage. There was a clause in the contract that if the Halls ever lost control, around ?57million had to be repaid straight away.?

What is also kind of interesting is Munby's claim that no-one has ever offered to buy Delia's shares - truth or the usual hair-splitting from the spin-meister?
