Nice to see Jarvo saying the right things

"Norwich pay my wages and I want to concentrate on doing well for them. I have to impress the manager on the training pitch and get in his head and in his face. I am just concentrating on training hard and doing the best I can.

"It's a big year for me because it's the last year of my contract so I've got to earn myself another. I want to spend my career here as long as I can."
