Although I personally wouldn't have added 2 & 2 together there

I can imagine that a street in that part of Norwich at 3am isn't probably the safest place in the world. Don't set foot in strip clubs myself but on the odd occasion I have, the customers in there remind me of the bar scene from Star Wars...and occasionally some of the strippers too.
