i find the housing market funny

People have spent the last 10 years congratulating themselves on how their houses have doubled in value.

Now prices are finally falling those same people are saying how it doesn't matter as they're not looking to sell.

The media are now telling us how its a great opportunity for first time buyers completely ignoring the fact that house prices are still falling. If they were any other investment then financial advisors would be advising everyone not to buy.
