Have we had "Small town in Ipswich" etc yet?

I hate that one. It makes no sense. Ipswich is already a town. How can it be a small town within a town which is already small? If it said "Small town in Suffolk, you're just a small town in Suffolk" it would not only make much more sense but also be rather more insulting.
