But the penalty given against Shacks at Selhurst

Was a dreadful decision. Everyone said at the time out of the 3 appeals that day, that was the only one that wasnt actually a penalty. Was there really any need for cartwheels and the rolls? He might have been further foward when he was 'fouled' but doesnt make it a penalty!
