Catch 22 really.
They believe they deserve better, so have no patience.
THis hounds managers out, meaning they have to put up with more and more crap.

They simply must learn to give somebody, anybody, some time.

As for us, I think we have got the club we deserve you're right.. A decent one, run by decent people who see the club as a large part of the community as a whole and want it to play its part in that.

Its just a shame that football no longer shares those values and the whole "instant gratification" culture makes them bad guys for that.
