So we've started building it, but now it seems the plans might have to be changed.
Good good.

I have real reservations about this, I am pretty concerned that these olympics are going to be an expensive farce.

THere is very little chance of a Football club moving into a stadium with an athletics track, so if they need that to happen now after the Olympics, they'll need to make some changes to the design.
