I'll attempt to explain..

one of the things that kept me going through the lows of last season was the strong belief that we were a better side playing better football than our championship winning team..yesterday there was no evidence that we'd learnt anything about dictating pace, putting passes together etc..now even allowing for the change in personnel, I had hoped for a little bit of experience to show through..but we were back to substitutions that didn't quite make sense, odd selections, and generally not holding a game together. Just felt like we were back at Bradford (insert any opening game of the previous 9 years) somehow..
