First game I've seen this season as I live in Leeds. My thoughts...

Marshall was saves were superb and won the game for me.

Drury had a solid return always like him as a defender but he can't cross! Also that was a stunning tackle and no foul! Faces stiff competition.

Was very impressed with Grounds looked composed and mature for his age and thought the whole back four did really well considering they haven't played together yet. Thought Omozusi did well but too short for centre back?

Ostemobor had a great game apart from one or two sloppy cross field passes.

Thought Bertrand didn't have his best game and looked a bit niave at times but he's been great when I've seen him before.

Russell was great at tidying things up and is the most passionate player we have. He has to be in the team!

Was not impressed with Fotheringham, seemed always be a few feet off the action and more concerned about what other players are or aren't doing rather then himself. Seems to be too big for his boots.

Croft was my second for motm. He can run at players and he is are best crosser when ever I've seen him. Always seems to have a go. His shooting ability lets him down but maybe that is about to change!

Sibierski I thought imporved with the game winning more balls. I thought he looked a little slow with his feet which could be fitness. Also thought he had a hard time as he got clattered by two players every time the ball came too him. Think he could turn out useful!

Pattison did well until he came off. I was a critic!

Hoolahan really lived things up and has that "magic" element with some awesome footwork and some delicate passing. However you can tell he's one of those frustrating players that tries to do too much sometimes. Still a match winner so has to be around the squad!

Lupoli didn't do too much but seemed eager to shoot which is good.

Cureton tried hard as always a links up well with the midfield and fullbacks but needs to score!

So Overall I think that if that's our second string defence we will be fine there, the midfield is OK but I drop Fotheringham when Clingans bakc if not before.

Strike force is perhaps most worrying. I think Sibierski will be a good by and a do like Cureton but he needs to score plus Lupoli shows some odd glimses so may come good but it's not quite there yet?

I'm a bit worried that we might be able to play teams off the pitch on our day without being able to score! However I have a feeling we may do alright this season - pushing for play-offs and may get there if we're lucky.

Last but not least I think Roeder has done a fantastic good since he's been there. I was upset about Hucks but otherwise I can hardly fault with the lack of funds etc he has.
