Umm - get someone to answer the question, I guess...

I'm not against new owners, but I find it insane that an awful lot of fans think that billionaire owner = billions available to the club. When in a lot of cases, it becomes anything but (a l? QPR).

What I think (fervently hope) is that Smith and Jones will find the best people available for the job - if it is Cullum - great, if it is not - well then it was not meant to be.
