CITY are pleased to confirm former Canary Neil Adams has rejoined the Academy and will take up the position of Under-14s Coach with immediate effect.
Adams left his position as Under-14s coach in May last season due to restructuring, and is now looking forward to taking up the position again in the reformed Youth Academy. He said: "Glenn Roeder approached me to come back, I accepted and I'm delighted to be back."
City boss Roeder commented: "I'm really pleased to have Neil Adams back on board. He's an excellent coach and is well respected in the game. It was unfortunate that due to restructuring of the Academy, we had to release Neil at the end of last season. However we have now rejigged the structure to give Neil the chance to come back on board. I'm delighted that Neil has accepted our offer."
