the hotel deal is a 3 year thang

after that it passes to holiday inns owners and makes no money for ncfc. at least that is my understanding of it. a corner infill might be expensive but eventually (hopefully) we would own it and perhaps realise some return? if i am right (and i know that would be a miracle) the hotel would seem to be an awful piece of business from a long term perspective.
