And visiting Plymouth and looking at that decrepid old stand I do wonder why it is that their stand can get a safety certificate and yet we are told that the old South Stand couldn't. And, indeed, the stand we sat in yesterday was perfectly adequate for watching football but nowhere near the standard of the new South Stand. I wonder if we needed to build as expensive a stand as we did. And at ?3.2 million I'm sceptical for the need for the Infill at all.
