And my entire knowledge of Fozzy is from televised games and seeing him huff and puff against Zwolle in pre-season last year.

But just the fact that he actually does put in some effort should keep him in the squad. Perhaps not normally, but in our current circumstances where Roeder lost a lot of players and had to shed wood much "deader" than Fozzy, yet could only replace most of them with loan signings, he is currently worth a squad place.
