I just think it must be hugely frustrating

you know how it is when one of your employees goes on holiday and comes back with virus which means they're off for another two weeks?

There is some sort of compensation package now though isn't there? And I suppose I also go through the thoughts that it's flipping NI who aren't going to get anywhere so it's effectivley a friendly! (It's okay, I'm already going to hell)
