In a nutshell, Otto was sticking it to her, but she left him for Skinner, and otto didn't

take it very well, and it also resulted in Skinner braying him on a weekly basis

In the end, Otto had to move away

pk's dad is saddened by these events, relayed to him in a 304 second conversation over a couple of mcdonalds tripe deluxe meals (eating out to save on the vat)

Otto is over it now, but pk's dad is understandably still very angry about it all
