I think that's pretty spot on. Roeder has a plan and knows what he wants and refuses to compromise his long term plan for short term popularity. I really hope he sticks around long enough and has the energy to realise his plans because I reckon it'll still take some time - if we're lucky this will be the transitional season and next will be promotion push season; but I think it may take another couple of seasons before we've got the squad depth and quality.
