when Roeder is talked about in terms of leaving amongst the goings on, I often think the exact opposite
If Roeder is like he said on the five live interview, the manager 100%, and makes every decision possible, then I think Roeder could be our manager for a long time
Watching him coach at other clubs and have good spells and then bad spells, I also think he'll be happier to ground himself at Norwich and think about what he's got rather than what could be better
The added factor that he's shrewd and a very closed door man, makes me like him even more
I probably over do it in my opinion of Roeder, but I think he's brilliant
