My interpretation of the Mick Dennis article!

I might be misinterpreting it, but the way it reads, is that Delia stumped up ?2m for transfers this summer and this was going to be followed up by the Turners i.e. they were going to match it. Well that's a ?4m transfer pot, if Delia and Michel have stuck another ?2m in surely?!
