Tapas ? Walk down Las Ramblas downhill and turn left into the Gothic Quarter - in there you'll find the best Tapas place in Barcelona. Can't remember the name. Bit pricey though Seating outside in a courtyard (no, not the touristy places in the enclosed courtyard off Las Ramblas. Make sure you go into the Gothic Quarter).

Then you can continue for your paddle. But for Sagrada Familia, take the tube - there's a station right next to it (and a KFC right opposite if you are hungry)
