I see last night you talking about PC World and the staff. Not quite the same but I was in the new Apple store in Liverpool on weds as I wanted some advice about my laptop. Where I keep it in the case, the corners had started to go a yellow/orange type colour. I'd looked on the internet and seen that Apple would replace the casing if it was under a year old, which it is. I phoned apple care first who gave me a reference number then I went to the store to take it in for examination. The guy who I had to go see was really good actually. He told me that it was a common thing if like me you have a case for it that is a little too big. He told me there was no point replacing the casing as it would clean up like new with either the wipes that they sell in store or "If I were you, i'd go and get some Cillit bang. It's a quarter of the price of the apple wipes and will clean it up better. The ingredients are exactly the same!" That guy had the opportunity to try and rip me off but he didn't. Nice one! I was also looking at hard drives just to see what sort of prices they had them at. Actually quite reasonable compared to what I've seen online. He said if i printed off the page of the one i wanted online, he would undercut it by a tenner! So I did, went back and true to his word he did. I don't know if i was just lucky with the salesman but I've always found the apple staff to be quite helpful.
