Value of the club

Waghorn says that Delia has put in ?11m since joining the club and now controls 61% of the shares.

If that was just the amount she paid for the shares then the total value of the club should be ?18m.

I'd be interested to know how much she's paid for her 61% and how much of tht ?11m was in the form of loans.
