Thats right but they could use that scheme to better effect.

Have some people who know a thing or two about coaching instead of employing failed academy players who, lets face it, have no other vocation in life. Ok, it's good sometimes to have some people who didn't make the grade, who can help kids learn from their mistakes but they need some people who know what they are doing. I'm not for one minute saying they should be trying to turn them all into superstars because it won't happen, but those that show a bit of promise could be pointed in the right direction instead of having their dreams ruined by some jumped up prick.
