What he says is:

?I never wanted a seat on the board and I do not want to run a football club. I am not directly involved, but will watch with interest.?

He does not say there that he does not want "control" of the club in the corporate lingo sense of the word. just that he does not want to run the club which is pretty much what he said first time round.

Must confess though his quotes about "I am not directly involved" in the same article when quizzed if he is one of the investors are interesting.
