if the basic levels of football (kids, women, pub teams,non-leauge) are

allowed to wither and diethen eventually our league will also die along with our national team and our ability to attract the big foreign stars and the associated tv/advertising revenue. as a nation we have the ability (look at the olympic team as an xample of how we can punch above our weight) provided we support the sport at every level. 65k a year seems f**king peanuts to me.
