Too many connections

Sub-prime mortgages, transfer window dates, successful director of marketing leaving suddenly, billionaire buyer refused...

All a bit weird and too much co-incidence for my liking. I can't (or won't) believe that we're in serious danger of administration, and in my experience (which is none in concrete terms but whatever) the mega-wealthy always get what they want if they really want it. Which makes me think back to the summer and the whole take-over thing, when I was genuinely of the opinion that Cullum would take over but that it would take a while and involve a whole lot of shenanigans.

Maybe it'll all go tits up and the whole of football in this country will go to the wall like Italy...
