I can tell you from bitter personal experience

that it often happens in marketing. Hoy was (is?) brand manager I think which would quite nicely take up a lot of the main thrust. Also don't forget that we have the Aviva marketing machine in place behind us too.

And I'm also curious about the departure of Shaun O'Hara, and his replacement who doesn't seem to have a history.
