and the inexplicable delay of two weeks that elapsed before the Club today announced the departure of the Turners I am convinced that there will be a statement in the very near future concerning new investment dosh.
Roger was far too confident in answering very difficult questions. "We are miles away from administration or anything like that", "there are no loans that need to be paid back immediately or anytime soon" and "we are in the process of talking to potential investors."
I am making an educated guess that negotiations have reached an advanced stage already and please God it's Peter Cullum!
A lot of good may yet come out of all this.
