The 56M quoted included the 16M that a potential investor would have to offer to buy all the shares in the club (assuming a share price of ?30 per share).
The number of shares in the club hasn't changed at all, an investor would still be required to offer the turners ?30 per share for their 5000 shares if he wants more than 29.9%.
The only thing that will change the valuation is a change in the share valuation, or the creation of more shares, or a combination of the two.
