You clearly state that your famous self appointed mate from the EA Branch of Chelsea headhunters or whoever he represents showed you a bit of paper (wow) that said Harding didn't EXPECT a return on his investment.
That expectation doesn't mean he wanted nothing back.
Quite what bit of faded paper it was anyway doesn't offer any evidence that that if he had ever had to leave for someone else to come and run the club in a completely different fashion to the way he wanted to it to run that he would not have asked that person to pay him a fair price.
